What it is

How to use

  1. Navigate to Testing → Personas in the sidebar
  2. Click New Persona to create a persona
  3. Define the persona’s name, description, and characteristics
  4. Assign personas to test suites

Configuration Options

  • Name: A unique identifier (e.g., “Confused Customer”, “Technical Expert”)
  • Description: Background and context for the persona
  • Traits: Behavioral characteristics that influence conversation style
  • Goals: What the persona is trying to accomplish
